*We strive to deliver all orders (received before 3 pm on Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and public holidays) within 2 working day. Orders made over the weekends are usually delivered on the following Tuesday. . Some orders may take longer to process if received during sale periods, around public holidays and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this. 

In the event of multiple delivery failure, the order will be returned to us. Under such cases, a redelivery fee ($5 for small order and $15 for large orders) will be charged to resend the order.

*Note: For some bulky orders, a S$15 surcharge may apply to certain delivery locations in Singapore (e.g. residential areas in Sentosa). Residential areas in Sentosa are a secured zone, therefore most delivery companies require this surcharge.

International Deliveries:
